California Resident Ticket Offer page, in the Important Details section near the bottom, it says that this promotion is valid for California residents within ZIP codes 90000-96199. Additionally, I like to point out that proof of eligible residency, including a valid government-issued photo ID, is required for both the purchase of these tickets and when using them for admission into the parks.
As long as you live within the ZIP codes outlined above then you're good to go! If you're not, there are typically other great promotions running throughout the year on the
Offers & Discounts page so take a look and see if anything might work for your situation.
