Hi there, Shawnette!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It looks like you’ll be heading on a DREAM vacation next summer and I am so very excited for you! Your four-year old will have just the best time; my boys are around that age and they are always excited to go on the “Mickey Boat” for a fun-filled adventure at sea!
When I say my boys love heading out on the “Mickey Boat”, I should clarify that they absolutely LOVE the onboard
Youth Clubs. They would honestly spend all day in the Oceaneer Club and Lab if I would let them! But, thankfully the hours of the Youth Clubs allow for them to have good family time and fun time (for both them and us!). Hours for the onboard Youth Clubs vary each day, but you will always find them open in the evenings until late – like 11:00PM or even midnight some nights! Your Personal Navigator will have each day’s hours of operation listed or you can find it on the Navigator app. While there are always fun activities going on in the Youth Clubs, there are especially fun activities in the evenings…from Pluto’s Pajama Party to Movie Nights, there is always fun to be had in there! So, while your son is enjoying himself, YOU can enjoy some of the adult-exclusive venues! Be sure to check out my favorite spot –
Pink: Wine and Champagne Bar for a fun atmosphere and yummy cocktails!
When your Online Check-In date arrives (75 days prior to sailing for first time Guests), you can register your son for the Youth Clubs. Once onboard, stop by the Youth Clubs for Open House hours and explore alongside him; I guarantee he will be itching to get back there just as soon as you’ll let him!
Happy Sailing!
