If you're staying onsite, when you're in Disney Springs, can you purchase something there and have it delivered to your room, or is that just in the resorts?

    Hi Brendan,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question.

My family and I use Merchandise Pickup and Delivery all the time for packages purchased at Walt Disney World Resort. Trying to lug a toddler (or even myself) back to our hotel room is tough enough - trying to lug packages too is a MOST un-magical way to finish a Disney Day!

You’ll be happy to know that, yes, Resort Hotel Delivery is absolutely available at most stores located in Disney Springs. There may be some newer locations that don’t have their system set up yet but, from what I understand, almost all of the retailers should be able to deliver your purchases to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.

One small caveat, however, is that your packages may not get delivered straight to your hotel room, but rather to your Resort’s gift shop for pickup. If you have any questions about this service, please ask a Cast Member when you check in or directly at the gift shop.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne

Hi, I’m Lynne from Montreal, Quebec, Canada! I’m a working mom who enjoys snuggles with my son and my husband, who has been my sweetheart since 1997. We’ve been lucky enough to experience several milestones in Walt Disney World, including our wedding and honeymoon in 2009. As Disney Vacation Club members, we often plan trips for large, and sometimes even multi-generational, groups to come and enjoy the fun with us. Learn More About Lynne
