My youngest, 6 year old will not eat the food at Ohana. I have reservations at 8:30 pm and plan on getting him dinner before we go. Can I tell waitress that he is not eating and therefore not to charge me for a kids meal?

    Hi, Kelly!

When my kids were little, chicken nuggets were always the food of choice, so I know exactly what you are talking about. You are not alone, so of course the wonderful servers at 'Ohana are ready for our little Mouseketeers! They will offer "kid friendly" food such as nuggets, fries, burgers, fruit, and more. Just chat with your server while ordering and see what sounds good to your child.

Because this is an all-you-care-to-enjoy location, each guest is charged for a meal. Kids ages 3-9 are charged at a child rate, so let your server know the ages of your kids. Since they do have the kid friendly food, along with delicious brownies for dessert, your little one will leave with quite a full belly!

After dinner, head out to the Polynesian Village Resort's Beach for some fantastic views of the Seven Seas Lagoon and Cinderella Castle. This sounds like quite a magical night for your family. Enjoy!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
