Dear Samantha,
Thank you so much for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about planning ahead for your upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Walt Disney World Resort is very accommodating to families with members who have special needs, and I am sure that your child will be able to be accommodated as well! First of all,
strollers are allowed as long as they meet the dimensions stipulated in the
park rules. If it is a medical/special needs stroller, or a wheelchair, that is different of course and can be larger. I'm not sure from your question to which you are referring, but certainly if your child has a prescribed medical device such as that, it will be accommodated.
I recommend that you contact Guest Services to check out
all of the services that are available, and determine what would work best for your exact situation.
I hope that helps with your magical planning!
