My youngest has loved the green alien from toy story since we took her on the buzz lightyear ride she she was 1. She even sleeps with a green alien as her lovey. Is there any place to meet one or where's the best character meeting for toy story?

    Hi Katherine,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  My daughter is a huge Toy Story fan and has a special place in her heart for Buzz Lightyear and Green Alien.

Personally, I find Disney’s Hollywood Studios is the best place to visit with characters from Toy Story. Across from Toy Story Mania you will find Buzz Lightyear and Woody at Pixar Place.  In the queue there is a fabulous life sized photo prop of “the claw” and Green Aliens, where kids can stand behind the prop and look like they are inside being “chosen” by the claw.  We have so many hilarious pictures using the props in the queue for Buzz and Woody.  There are no actual meet and greets with the Green Alien, but this photo prop is almost as good!  Walking around the area by Toy Story Mania!, you will also find Green Army Men, and the theming makes for great photo opportunities.

This past week the opening date for Toy Story Land was announced as June 30th!  With the announcement of the opening for Toy Story Land comes the excitement of the new attractions.  I am sure your daughter will love the Aliens Swirling Saucers, it looks like it will be out of this world!

I hope you have a fabulous time at Walt Disney World Resort, Katherine.  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
