if 4 too young for a cruise and if not which one would you recomend?

    Hi there, Angie!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  I am so excited that you stopped by with your question about a Disney Cruise Line vacation!  I simply cannot emphasis enough how wonderful it is to travel with little ones onboard a Disney Cruise Line ship!  My boys were both under one on their first "Mickey Boat" vacation and have been on many many many more since!  Your little one is at the perfect age to enjoy everything that a Disney Cruise Line vacation has to offer, and you will too!

One of the best things about a Disney Cruise Line vacation is that so much is already included with your reservation!  Your stateroom, food, entertainment, activities, characters, Youth Clubs…it’s all included!  And with so much to do and “sea” while onboard, you can truly pick and choose how much to do – or how little to do!  You can make it a busy, activity-filled vacation or you can simply relax and enjoy pool time…it’s all up to you!  And you will get to see so much and visit dreamy destinations, only unpacking once!!

As far as which voyage, I would recommend, I really think that is completely dependent upon your travel schedule and where you want to go!  You will get the same magical experience on any of the four Disney Cruise Line ships, with just a few minor differences between them – mainly being size, destinations and live, Broadway-style shows!  The Disney Fantasy and the Disney Dream currently only depart from Port Canaveral while the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder venture out to some different departure ports throughout the year.  With so many unique itineraries and schedules to choose from, you really cannot go wrong with any!  Disney Cruise Line does have their own private island, Castaway Cay, which is such a fun and unique destination because again…everything is included there, too!  Food, fun, activities, characters…. you will find them all at Castaway Cay, too!  So, I recommend deciding first when you want to travel and then decide where you want to go and narrowing it down from there!

Experiencing the Disney Cruise Line “magic” alongside your little one will be so special, and you will remember those moments forever!  Once you get your voyage booked, please come back with all your planning questions!  We are more than excited to help make your vacation as memorable as possible!
