    I have a 3 y/oDD and a 4 y/oDS they are pretty robust but they have never walked like we are going to walk when we get down there. In August for 7 straight days no less. I would rather not deal with a stroller but I wondered if I might be asking to much?

    Hi James!  Oh, I remember those days when you think the kids won't need a stroller but then they get tired at the end of the day.  My kids have spent many hours on the shoulders of my husband.  That will certainly be an option for you if your shoulders are up to it.

    One thing we used to do when the kids were smaller is we would go on family walks to build up their endurance.  Between that and the excitement of Disney, we found we rarely needed a stroller on most days during our trips (when our kids were in the age range of yours).  I say most days because sometimes their tired little legs couldn't recover enough from day to day.  On these particular days (especially if it's an Epcot day) we opted to rent a stroller and let the kids take turns riding in it as needed.

    One thing for sure, if your kids are happy, it will make for a much more pleasant vacation.  Every child is different.  You may want to start off without a stroller and rent one later during the vacation if it looks like they'll need it.  One other factor you will need to consider is the August weather.  It will be very hot and humid and this alone may take a toll on the kids where they might not want to walk as much as usual.
