Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Thomesha!
I am happy to tell you if you plan to travel to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel by
Disney's Magical Express and will be relying on Disney's complimentary bus, monorail, and/or water transportation during your stay, feel free to travel lightly! There is no need to bring booster or car seats, as in most cases there is
no way to secure them while aboard Disney transportation.
Your littles (and you!) will enjoy being whisked around Walt Disney World without worrying about directions or parking. It may sound silly, but I always make use of all possible methods of transport during my visits. There are so many fun ways to travel, from a relaxing boat ride to a futuristic monorail, Disney transportation is almost like enjoying another attraction! Later this year, the exciting new
Skyliner transportation system will make its debut!
If you plan to rent a car, please be aware that Florida law requires children under age 6 to be properly restrained in an approved car or booster seat. In this case you'll want to bring your seats along. If you are not renting a car, but would feel more comfortable with your children in car seats, give the
Minnie Van service a try. These adorable vehicles are driven by friendly Disney Cast Members and include two car seats. Minnie Vans may be requested through the Lyft ride app for transport throughout Walt Disney World property. You may also call to reserve Minnie Van airport shuttle service at 407-WDW-PLAY.
Enjoy your magical visit!
