Are yeti cups allowed in the parks?

    Hi Crystal,

Staying hydrated at Walt Disney World is key, especially during the hottest times of the year. Guests are welcome to bring their own water bottles and cups to fill from water fountains or with free cups of ice water available at any counter service restaurant. The only personal food and drink items that are restricted are outside alcoholic beverages or glass containers.

I have a large stainless steel cup like yours that I keep on my desk at work. It's great to keep water cold, but I've never brought it with me to Disney because I don't want to carry it. I prefer a lighter, inexpensive water bottle that I can tuck in my tote bag.

I try to pack light. In addition to a light water bottle, I carry my phone, a couple of granola bars, a disposable rain poncho, hand sanitizer, a packet of travel wipes, tissues, a small amount of cash, a credit card and my ID.  I can comfortably  carry that all day and still have everything I need.

I will admit that if I carried a larger backpack with a bottle holder on the side or still traveled with a stroller that had a cupholder, I'd be tempted to bring my stainless cup along.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Crystal. Please let us know if you have any more questions as you make your plans. Enjoy!
