Hi Tammi! Welcome to planDisney, and hello to a fellow Virginian. You will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just a couple of weeks, and I know just how excited you are getting. You will be inside the magic so soon!I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble viewing the Disney Park Pass reservations you made. I have had this happen with dining and resort hotel reservations in the past, and I know it’s frustrating. I'm going to share what has worked for me in the past in the hopes it will help you.If you’re using the My Disney Experience mobile app, log out of the app and then log back in. Sometimes that’s all it takes for everything to magically reappear. If that doesn’t work, look to see if there is an update available in your device’s app store; sometimes the My Disney Experience mobile app gets glitchy when it’s out of date.If using the desktop version of My Disney Experience, try logging out, closing your browser, and then reopening and logging in again. If you’ve tried these steps and it’s still not working, you’ll need to give the Cast Members at the My Disney Experience help desk a call at (407) 939-4357. They are always so helpful and should be able to help you figure out what happened. I’m not sure if they are able to restore your Disney Park Pass reservation, but it’s absolutely worth calling to see.I’m sending pixie-dusted wishes that you’re able to straighten out this situation and that you find yourselves “walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A.” together in Magic Kingdom Park in just a few short weeks! Wishing you a magical vacation,Robyn
