Yesterday I linked my MK tickets for Dec11 to my Disney Experience and today it does not show I am linked. I had a cast member walk me through it and I know it was linked. So when I tried to link it again it says it IS linked, but I cannot see it.

    Hi Janet! Welcome to planDisney!

Your Magic Kingdom Park visit is almost here! There is nothing quite like walking down Main Street, U.S.A. as you spot Cinderella Castle for the first time. Right now, it is even more dreamy with the Christmas decorations. Make sure to have your camera ready to capture all the special moments!

Since it sounds like you linked your Walt Disney World theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account properly, it may just be a glitch that you can't see them. The same thing has happened to me before, but a day or two later everything appeared again. Hopefully, you can see them now!

If you are looking for your tickets on the main Walt Disney World website, you may want to try checking for them on the My Disney Experience mobile app instead (or the other way around). On the app, touch the three lines in the bottom right corner, then select "Tickets and Passes." On the website, go to "My MagicBands and Cards" from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu and you should see your tickets listed there.

If you are still having trouble, you can give Disney technical support a call at (407) 939-4357 and explain the issue to the Cast Member. They should be able to see your tickets on their end and help you get straightened out.

I hope you have the BEST visit, Janet! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
