Hello! Yesterday was our last day. I did not formally check out. Where can I get an itemized list of what was charged to my magic band/ room? I usually get an email. Thanks!

    Hiya, Toby! Welcome to planDisney!

Checking out of your Disney Resorts Collection hotel is, without a doubt, the worst part of a magical vacation, but I hope you and your family had a fantastic time during your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. Since you mentioned that you usually get an email with your itemized invoice, I assume that you're a regular visitor! So, on behalf of Mickey Mouse himself, I hope you're able to travel back "home" very, very soon.

Toby, before trying anything else, I want you to go ahead and check your email once more. Sometimes it takes a little bit longer for these invoices to reach their destination! If you still can't find it in your inbox, check your spam folder just to make sure it didn't accidentally land over there. The third step is to open the My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the three lines at the bottom right corner of the screen, and then click on the Resort Hotel option. You should be able to see your charges here!

If you followed all those steps and you still aren't able to locate the invoice, please call the My Past Walt Disney World Visit hotline so that a friendly Cast Member can help you find it and send it to your email address. Once again, I hope you had a blast at the Most Magical Place on Earth last week, Toby. If you have any other questions, or if you want any tips for your next vacation, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us here at planDisney! We're always available and more than happy to help.

    Warm hugs,

    Ana Paula
