I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with your reservations. If you want to speak to a real person you can always reach out to a Cast Member by calling one of the
Guest Service lines depending on if you purchased a vacation package or booked your hotel and tickets separately. Otherwise, I am a real Disney Guest, just like you, and would be happy to try to see if we can't help you locate your information.
The first place I would look for your reservation or confirmation is in your email. In your email, there should be a confirmation number or reservation number depending on if you booked your hotel and tickets together in a package or separately. From there you can head to the Disneyland website and log in to your Disney account. Then hover over "My Disneyland" and click on "My Hotel Reservations". There you will be able to link your reservations to your account if it's not there already.
If you booked a vacation package, you won't get your eTickets linked to your account until 4 days before your arrival. However, in the confirmation email, there should be instructions and a link for you to make those theme park ticket reservations. If you purchased your tickets separately through the Disneyland website, you may have already booked your theme park ticket reservations when you purchased your tickets. If not, you can link your tickets with your ticket ID numbers and then head to the
Ticket and Reservation Details page to make your theme park ticket reservations once you are within 120 days.
