    Hello, yesterday I bought the new magic band but never receive the email for confirmation! I take a screenshot of my confirmation number

    Hi Valerie! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by and sending us your question.

    Hooray! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation starts in just one week! I ordered the new MagicBand+ yesterday too, but also did not receive a confirmation email. Not to worry though! I'm happy to help! You can find your MagicBand order in your My Disney Experience account. First, log into your account on the Walt Disney World website. Next, select "My MagicBands and Cards" and as you scroll down, you should see your MagicBand history. You should also see a button you can click that says "Order History" to see any MagicBand orders you have placed. If you ordered a MagicBand+ as part of your Disney Resort Hotel reservation, your MagicBand should be waiting for you when you check in at your resort. I would suggest keeping your screenshot with your confirmation number handy just in case you need to show this to a Cast Member upon checking in to the resort.
