    Yes, I purchased tickets with a gift card, but I am not having to take off our current ticket package to our cm are separate tickets. My travel agent says it will take 7-10 business days to process my refund onto my Disney gift card. Is this true?

    I'm not quite sure I understand the Walt Disney World theme park ticket part of your question, but I think the main question you have is if it takes 7-10 business days for refunds to appear on your Disney Gift Card. When my reservations were canceled last year because the theme parks closed, I had a few refunds that were placed back on my Disney Gift Cards. While the funds weren't available immediately, they were available just a day or two later. Since this can vary, it is probably a good idea to be prepared for it to be on the longer side, but in my experience, it was well before the 7-10 day window.

    Once your travel agent takes care of your arrangements, I suggest checking your gift card balance each day so you know when your funds are available again. Hopefully, it will be fast!
