Hi Andrew! Welcome to planDisney.
Oh Boy! It looks like you plan on arriving next week at
Walt Disney World Resort during
The World's Most Magical Celebration. Create your own scavenger hunt looking for the golden
Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues located throughout all four theme parks. They make fun and unique photo opportunities. You can find everyone’s favorite warm hug-loving snowman, Olaf, at
EPCOT.
So, if I am understanding your question, it would appear you are now in possession of an expired
Theme Park Ticket. If your ticket was purchased through June 06, 2020, and affected by the COVID 19 theme park shutdown, you may be eligible for a special modification or refund. You can scroll down the complete policy
here.
Regardless, here is a bit of good news for you. While Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, you may use the value of an expired theme park ticket towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket. You will need to make a phone call to
Disney Reservations Center to speak with a friendly Cast Member. The phone lines have been rather busy, I recommend calling early or late in the day. Alternatively, try using the chat feature either online or through the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Because I see you are located in the Sunshine State, I highly recommended heading to the
Ticket Center at Disney Springs for all ticket matters. A friendly reminder both a valid theme park ticket and
Disney Pass Reservation is required for theme park entry. Here is the
availability calendar to verify your dates.
Plan on spending a non-theme park day at Disney Springs enjoying award-winning dining, free parking, free entertainment, and boutique shopping.
World of Disney® is the world's largest Disney store currently featuring special anniversary collections. I adore the
Celebration Collection. Grab a bite or craft beer at
City Works Eatery & Pour House. I recommend the Duck Nachos and Cheese Curds. Here is the
full menu to browse.
I hope this answers your question, if I missed anything, please come back to
planDisney with follow-up details.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
