Hey there Danica,
Welcome to planDisney - I'm so glad you stopped by with your question!
Currently, there are two types of
theme park tickets to visit the Disneyland Resort. The standard ticket is for Guests who are 10 years or older and a Child ticket is for Guests ages 3-9. Park entry is free for children under the age of 3, but theme park tickets are required for any Guest who is 3 or older.
However, since you indicated that you're planning on visiting over the summer, make sure to check out the
Kids' Summer Ticket Offer as this can be a great way to visit the Disneyland Resort with kids at a reduced price! As of the time that I'm answering your question, there are 1-day, 2-day, and 3-day tickets available, which include the
Park Hopper option.
Just keep in mind that everyone else in your visiting party will also need their own theme park tickets as well and everyone in your party will also need to ensure that they make theme park reservations for each day they plan to visit the parks. My preferred way to handle this, especially when visiting with a group, is through the
My Plans hub on the Disneyland Resort website, where it's quick and easy to make or manage all your reservations for upcoming trips - including for dining or enchanting extras experiences.
Thanks again for your question, Danica! I hope you enjoy your upcoming trip to the Happiest Place on Earth with your little one.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
