Hey, howdy, hey, Monica! I do not blame you one bit for wanting to schedule an extra special meal during your visit. Seeing the magic reflected in the eyes of a child that age is a one-of-a-kind experience.
You indicated that your arrival date is less than a week away. If that’s correct, it may be challenging to find last minute availability at one of the character breakfasts, but I will give you my best tips so that you can exhaust every possible option.
First of all, you’re going to want to check availability at
Chef Mickey's,
Topolino's Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera and
Hollywood & Vine. All of these locations offer breakfast with some of the Disney Characters your daughter will know and love. She may be especially interested in the Disney Junior Play n' Dine – Breakfast which takes place at Hollywood & Vine in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. That meal features stars from Disney Junior and is perfect for four-year-old fans.
As you search for availability on the
online Dining Reservations tool, you may find more availability by selecting a general time frame, instead of a specific dining time. For example, try searching for “breakfast” availability instead of searching for 9:30am. Also, if you’re willing to dine at off-peak times you may have more luck. Lastly, try splitting your traveling party into more than one group if you’re attempting to book for a large number of Guests. You might even consider making a reservation just for two (you and the child) if you can find a reservation.
If you still can’t find availability, don’t give up hope. Many Guests have last minute changes and cancel reservations. Make sure you continue checking all the way up to the day you hope to dine.
I sincerely wish you the best of luck in trying to score a dining reservation for a Character meal during your upcoming vacation, Monica. Sending pixie dust your way!
