Hey, Shirley!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and happy anniversary! There are many ways to capture the Disney magic while floating around the Seven Seas Lagoon. Whether you want dinner and dessert or just dessert, large crowd or small, Walt Disney World Resort has you covered.
I would suggest a fireworks dessert party or a Specialty Cruise option that includes private dining. These cruises are available for Dining, Fireworks and Celebrations.
For dessert and fireworks check out
Ferrytale Wishes: A Fireworks Dessert Cruise where you sail aboard the General Joe Potter ferryboat. During your relaxing voyage, delicious dessert treats and specialty drinks will be served.
If you want more than dessert and to have privacy then check out a
Specialty Cruise aboard a pontoon boat or yacht. Your captain leads you around the water while you enjoy snacks and soft drinks. You may also dine on the pontoon with a customizable menu from “reception-style dinners to birthday cakes and decadent dessert platters.”
One of the best parts of all the cruises is seeing the giant illuminated sea creatures in the
Electric Water Pageant up close just before you position for a magnificent view of Wishes nighttime spectacular.
Disney Dad Tip: If you are interested in a Specialty Cruise then I would call 407-WDW-PLAY (407-939-7529) for information so you may plan accordingly. Many reservations may be made up to 180 days in advance (subject to change and based on availability).
Shirley, enjoy making many Magical Memories.
