Years ago my husband and I purchased hopper passes with our picture on them and did not use them all, how do I get my passes replaced?

    Hi Cynthia!

Discovering a ticket to Walt Disney World is better than finding Captain Jack Sparrow's treasure! I would love having a ticket with a picture of a younger me on it.

Unexpired tickets with valid remaining admissions are accepted by Walt Disney World. Tickets with unused days bought before 2004 or with the briefly offered No Expiration Option are typically still usable. Tickets purchased after 2004 without the No Expiration Option expire within 14 days of first use.

Try linking your Park Hoppers to your My Disney Experience account using the id number. Take a look at the Theme Park Tickets and Passes page to see examples of different tickets and where to find the id number. Older tickets often require a Cast Member's assistance to convert, so if linking does not work you need to contact Guest Services. You may email Guest Services and include a picture of your tickets with the id number clearly shown or call (407) 939-1289.

Wishing you a wonderful visit to see Mickey!
