My 8-year-old son enjoyed his battle with Darth Vader during our last visit to DIsney World. We are wondering if there are other similar interactive experiences for our son or daughters at Hollywood Studios or the other Disney Parks in Orlando.

    Hi Shawn!

So glad to hear your little Jedi enjoyed battling Darth Vader.  My 9-year-old loves the Jedi Training Academy and protecting the Galactic Empire.  We have found a few other magical experiences which will keep your Padawans as happy as when they are using the Force.

If he isn't playing Star Wars, my little one can usually be found searching for treasure which makes Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate Tutorial another fun training for him.  This experience, at the Magic Kingdom, will be great for your son or daughters.  It teaches them the art of being a pirate (or princess pirate) and sword fighting.  My buccaneer also enjoys the Pirate Adventure Cruises, available from several of the Resort Marinas.  This swashbuckling adventure in a pursuit of treasure, travels the waterways of the Disney's resorts, following clues and learning stories of pirate tales.  Another one of our favorite interactive experiences is the totally tubular time talking to Crush in, Turtle Talk with Crush at Epcot's Future World.  Here, kids are actually able to converse with one of their favorite characters!

I hope your son loves these adventures as much as mine and your daughters find them enjoyable, too. Please come back and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

    Magical Wishes,
    Lauren
