My 3-year-old daughter has her own magic band, but we used my fingerprint for entry to the parks. My mother-in-law is taking her to the parks next weekend. Will my daughter be able to get in without my fingerprint?

Hi Alitzah! Your daughter must be so excited about her upcoming Disney trip with her grandmother. I am sure it will be memorable for both of them.

Three years old and up will require valid park tickets for all parks. If they plan on going to several parks in one day then they will also need the park hopper option. If your daughter has an Annual Pass then you just need to make sure it does not have black out dates.

Check to see that this ticket or pass is properly linked to her My Disney Experience which will then be linked to her magic bands. If there is any issue at entrance to the parks with her finger print they will simply check to make sure that there is a valid ticket attached to her. This happens often with the very young children who are not able to properly do the finger printing on the entrance machines so no worries. They understand that the same person might not be accompanying them at all times.
