Do 2 year olds have to wear masks? What if they constantly pull it off?

This is a challenging time for parents of wee ones, Ashlee. I totally get that!

Current health and safety measures in place at Walt Disney World do require that all Guests (ages 2 and over) do wear facial coverings. There are not any exceptions in place for any individuals based on age or disabilities. Masks can be removed when you are stationary and eating or drinking or when you are posing for an outdoor photo. If your two-year-old removes the mask, Cast Members will remind you that it needs to be worn over both the mouth and nose.

It may be helpful to start practicing with the mask at home for progressively longer durations of time. You might also consider planning for frequent snack or beverage breaks so that your child can remove his or her mask in an appropriate spot.

We're not sure how long the facial covering requirement will remain in place, Ashlee. I'd recommend keeping a close eye on the Know Before You Go page to stay informed about any changes. I hope that helps!
