This is my 4 year olds first trip to disney,my daughter is seven. we are going around october 26 in 2013. can you recommend somethings that would make their trip even more memmorable. we will be staying in in one of the new hotels not sure whitch yet

    Hi Carrie,

It sure sounds like you have a fantastic visit to Walt Disney World planned for 2013! Here are some suggestions to make your trip even more magical:-

1/ Make a dining reservation for a Character Meal by calling (407) 939-3463 up to 180 days in advance of your visit.
2/ Arrange an In-Room celebration through Disney Floral & Gifts. (
3/ Arrange for some gifts to be waiting upon your arrival at your Disney Resort hotel through Disney Floral & Gifts.

Another idea would be to make an advanced reservation for a Special Experience like the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, The Pirates League, or a hair cut at the Harmony Barbershop in the Magic Kingdom.

You will find lots of other ideas on the Customize Your Special Occasion page of the Walt Disney World website.

I would also be sure to pick up a complimentary first visit button when you check-in at your Disney Resort hotel or from Guest Relations as you enter one of the Disney Parks for your 4-year old to wear throughout your stay.

I hope that this has given you some ideas and wish you a magical trip!
