I have a 5 year old and an 8 year old who are interested in trying Shark Reef at Typhoon Lagoon. If they are accompanied with an adult can they go in the water?

    Greetings Tamara!
The Shark Reef at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon is one of the things that brings us back to this particular water park over and over again! Your kids will absolutely be able to experience the Shark Reef as long as they are accompanied by an adult (children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult). Just an FYI- the water is COLD! But, I assure you that you will quickly become acclimated and will no doubt enjoy swimming with the sharks! If your kids decide that the swim is not their cup of tea, there is a submerged viewing area that anyone can enjoy.

I hope you have a splashtastic time at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon!

    See ya real soon,
    Anne
