Welcome aboard, Joyce!
I love that you’re already planning your summertime fun for next year! Just like Olaf dreaming about all things summer, there's something extra magical about not having to worry about the school calendar, making lunches, and shuttling kids to practices. I know you’re going to have an amazing time!
The
tween-exclusive club Edge might be just what you’re looking for. It’s for guests between 11 and 14 years old, but you can visit on embarkation day and ask for your 10-year-old to participate in Edge. The youth counselors will have you sign a consent form and ensure your child is comfortable with the activities and age group.
Your 10-year-old is also welcome at
Disney’s Oceaneer Club and
Oceaneer Lab. While secured programming is reserved for kids 3-10 years old, your children can visit and explore the spaces together during Open House hours. You’ll find the times listed in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.
Besides the youth clubs, there are a
ton of fun activities that they can enjoy together, such as swimming, drawing, trivia, crafts, game shows, movies, and more! If you’re sailing aboard the Disney Dream, the
Midship Detective Agency is a great way to explore the ship and work as a team to help Mickey solve a crime. Your badge’s barcode will track your progress, so you can start and stop the game as often as you like. With three fun missions to complete, your children will become experts at navigating the ship and uncovering all its secrets!
Thanks for stopping by with your question. Here’s to a magical journey filled with sunshine, laughter, and endless fun!
SEAS the adventure!
