Hello there, George!
I totally understand wanting to look your best for spooky special events, and it sounds like your little Star Wars fan is well-equipped! I hope you are both excited about all the tricks and treats in store.
Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party is a spectacular party and the perfect time to dress as your favorite hero or villain! The
costume guidelines for the party are a little different than normal days in the theme parks. For guests ages 13 and under, costumes may be worn and some masks are okay, too. The resort requires that masks do not cover the entire face and that eyes are visible.
Having seen some of the helmets you're talking about in the parks, I think it's likely that your son's helmet will not meet those requirements. Items that are against the costume policy may not be allowed into the parks, even if you're carrying it as an accessory and not wearing it, so I'd recommend leaving the helmet at home so that nothing gets between you and the party!
I'm sorry that your son won't be able to use his fabulous helmet as part of his costume! But there are some really incredible experiences to enjoy, whether you're wearing a costume or not. The
Treat Trails are where you'll find tons of yummy treats, as well as some frightfully rare characters. Feeling spooky? Then make sure you visit
Villains Grove after dark for the most unique and boo-tiful atmosphere ever!
George, I hope your little trooper isn't too disappointed. I'm wishing for both of you to have an incredible time at the party!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
