My 6 year old wants to go to Hollywood Studios JUST to experience the Jedi training but I just found out it ends September 16,2013. We are scheduled to be at Disney from Nov. 23 to Dec 1st. Is there anything Star Wars going on during that time or events?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Clara!

Jedi Training Academy is out of this world fun for young Padawans! I haven't heard anything about Jedi Training Academy (JTA) coming to an end.  As a matter of fact, I checked the online calendar for Disney's Hollywood Studios just now and it is showing times for JTA into October.  You can check times on the link shown above as well.  Just keep in mind that they may not put up the schedule too far in advance but keep checking.  I'd recommend getting there early to sign up as registration fills up very quickly.

There aren't any special Star Wars events scheduled during your visit but in addition to JTA, be sure to check out these great Star Wars related experiences at Disney's Hollywood Studios:
    * Star Tours - The Adventures Continue - This is now 3D and features over 50 different possible ride combinations.
    * Visit Tatooine Traders located next to Star Tours. You'll find awesome Star Wars merchandise and guests can build their own lightsabers and Droids. You can also do this at Once Upon A Toy at Downtown Disney.
    * There is a great photo op location just across from Tatooine Traders.

Please feel free to visit us with all of your planning questions!  We're hEAR to help!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
