We have a 4 year old and will visit Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. Are Thyphoon Lagoon or Bleezard Beach a good option for such a small child, and wich one would be better?

Hello Hector!  We enjoyed a great Disney water park visit this past June with our four year old grandson and we chose Blizzard Beach.  We were very pleased with the options for this age level and he had a wonderful time......so wonderful we had a hard time getting him to leave!

Tikes Peak is the best area for this age group. There are many great slides that are gentle and a good introduction to what awaits later as they grow up! There are many areas where you can set up your gear in this area. You can also rent a private cabana for a day and several are located right outside so they are close.

Other fun rides for a family with a four year old include the Cross Country Creek which is a lazy river. There are tubes with bottoms so the little ones can enjoy this right along with you.  It takes about 20 minutes to make the complete circle around the park and along the way be prepared for a few fun surprises.  Meltaway Bay is the one acre wave pool that the kids enjoy.  The closer you get the harsher the waves so be aware and understand that all children should be supervised by an adult when in any water.  My last suggestion for a family ride is the Teamboat Springs family raft ride that holds 4-6 persons.  You can read more about each Blizzard Beach attraction by clicking HERE.

    Enjoy your water park day!
