I have a 4 year old and two year old. We are visiting WDW for 1/2 day because of nap schedule. Do you recommend a character breakfast if we are only going for one day. Will that cram too much in one morning? I want to be at park a little before it opens.

    Hello Allison,

Are your kids early risers like my daughter? Because if your family is anything like mine, there are two rules I have when I visit Disney: we arrive at the theme parks early, and we always go back to the resorts for an afternoon break.

I think getting to the Magic Kingdom before it officially opens is a fantastic idea. Consider making reservations for breakfast at The Crystal Palace. Not only will your little ones be able to get in a huge meal before you hit all of your favorite attractions, but your kids will get some one-on-one time with Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, and Tigger. And your family will be able to walk down Main Street with an unobstructed view of Cinderella's Castle. It's a great photo op!

By the time nap time rolls around, think of all the things you will have already accomplished!

    Hope this helps!

My family loves our Main Street in Ohio. But there's simply no comparison to Main Street U.S.A.! We don't get to Disney quite as often as I'd like, but that just means finding new ways to sprinkle Pixie Dust on our adventures! Learn More About Monina
