Hi, Nicole! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
As the mom of two picky eaters, I totally understand your concerns about finding your little Mouseketeer's favorite foods on vacation. However, I am happy to tell you that with the wide range of
dining options available at the Walt Disney World Resort, you should have no trouble finding something to take care of the rumbly in everyone's tumbly.
In my experience with my picky kiddos, it has always been helpful to do some resEARch on
dining location menus prior to our Walt Disney World Resort visits. If you click on a restaurant from the list of dining locations on the Walt Disney World website, you will see "View Menu" in the upper-right corner of the page. I would recommend taking a look at the menus for various dining locations that you might be interested in and keeping a list of those that offer your son's preferred foods. Many of the Quick-Service dining locations in the
theme parks, such as
Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe,
Backlot Express, and
Restaurantosaurus serve chicken nuggets or chicken tenders. Also, the Mickey-shaped soft pretzels sold at numerous carts throughout the theme parks have always been a big hit with my children. Please also keep in mind that, as long as you follow a few guidelines stated in the
Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules, you are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks into the theme parks.
