I have a 6 year old special needs son that has nutritional issues. He can't have white wheat, sugar, or white rice. You may ask yourself "Why this vacation"? Well, like all kids this is where he would like to go. What are his food options?

Hi Suzi.  I clearly appreciate your son's interest in visiting Disney.   I am no longer a kid, but this is where I like to go on my vacations as well.

As for your son's nutritional needs, I offer one suggestion.   A friend of our's has allergies that also presented challenges.   When he made advance reservations for various restaurants prior to his visit, he let the reservation clerk know of his allergies.   When he arrived, he was happy to find that the restaurant not only knew of the allergy situation, but made the chef aware of his issues.   He indicated they were very accommodating in attempting to find food options that met his need.    I hope this may work for you as well.
