    My 8 year old son and I will be staying at Disney World this May and Jun for 8 days of fun. My question is which would be the best hotel to stay at for location and activities for an 8 y.o. I was also wondering about transportation to other disney local

    This vacation sounds like it is going to be a dream come true for both of you. Since you will be at Walt Disney World for 8 days you really have so many options. I would start by looking at the Disney Resort Accommodations site for all of your pricing options. If it were up to me I would recommend a stay at one of the resorts with Disney Monorail access at the resort. We stayed at Disney's Polynesian resort and we all loved hoping on the Monorail for a quick ride to the Magic Kingdom. Also, after a long day of making memories at the parks, having that quick access to a Monorail home is great, mostly for a tired young man! The on site resorts also have bus access to all the other resorts, parks, Downtown Disney and other great sites on property.
