I have a 14 year old son, who shows up as a child on our reservation, even the dining plan lists him as child, though he should get adult meals. Anyone with a teenage boy knows he will not survive on child meals. Is this how Disney lists those under 18?

    Hi Teri,

Oh my! It sounds like something definitely has gone awry in your reservation. It must somehow be reading your son's age as 4 instead of 14 because everyone 10 and older is considered an adult at Walt Disney World in terms of tickets and meals. I have a 14-year-old daughter so I certainly know that child's meals just won't do.

You can try to edit his information in your reservation yourself, but it's probably best to call the reservation line at (407) 934-7639 and explain the situation. A cast member should be able to help you correct the problem.

Good luck!  Please let me know if you have any more questions as you get ready for your vacation. Enjoy!
