My 3 year old son has a severe cow's milk allergy and moderate egg and fish allergy. We heard a plant-based cuisine guide was just released. Where can we find details with ingredients? Thank you!

    Hi Vivian!

I'm happy to help you plan your trip to Walt Disney World Resort that is just around the corner! My son has multiple food allergies as well, so I know how important it is to plan ahead when accommodating your little one away from home. In our experience, the Cast Members and Chefs have always done a fantastic job making sure my son has safe and tasty dining experiences along with the rest of our family.

A new Plant-Based Cuisine guide was recently released. This is a brand new resource that you can get by asking Guest Relations. This new guide is a great way for Guests to determine plant-based options throughout the theme park to help them order. This guide is new, so it can always change, but currently, it doesn't have a full ingredient list, so it may not be the best option to help you order for your son.

However, there are quite a few options to help you accommodate your son's special diet during your trip. In fact, did you know that there is an entire team of Cast Members dedicated to helping Guests with special dietary requirements plan for their trips? All of the restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort have allergy-friendly menus that help Guests select safe dining options at restaurants. You can also get a complete ingredient list by asking at any of the dining locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort.

In general, be sure to notify all dining locations of your son's food allergies and ask to speak to a Chef or Manager to help you order safely for your son. You can also contact the Special Diets Team directly by emailing them at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com to get information about accommodating your son's specific food allergies during your trip!

    T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
