My 5 year old son LOVES LOVES LOVES the Movie Cars (and is not a big fan of Planes). Where in Disney World can it take him, Aside from the Art of Animation resort, to see Cars Movie attractions?

    Hi Marlena ~

I have two boys and we are always looking for adventure when we are at Disney.

Life is a highway and since your son is a big "Cars" fan you will need head over to Disney's Hollywood Studios (DHS). Your son can pose for pictures with Lightning McQueen and Tow Mater at the Team McQueen Headquarters near the Streets of America. Of course they cannot sign autographs - it is too hard because pens just get stuck in their tread.

Lightning McQueen and Tow Mater also make appearances in the Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show at DHS. Disney FastPass+ service is offered for these performances.

You can find the meet and greet and entertainment schedules for the day of your visit on the links shown above or by picking up a Times Guide when you enter the Magic Kingdom. They are also available at most merchandise locations and Guest Relations. You can also find entertainment schedules by downloading the My Disney Experience Mobile App.

You will find TONS of awesome "Cars" merchandise throughout the parks and Downtown Disney so you might want to leave a little room while you are packing for all the cool new stuff your son will want to take home.

Now Git-R-Done and get over to Disney's Hollywood Studios to meet Lightning McQueen and Tow Mater.

Please feel free to visit us again with all of your planning questions. We are hEAR to help you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
