Does my 15th year old son Have to take his ID to enter to the park?

¡Hola, Valeria! Welcome to planDisney, where we love helping our fellow Guests plan magical Disney vacations. Thank you so much for stopping by with your question!

I totally understand where your query is coming from, since there are some cases where Guests need to show a valid form of ID in order to enter the Disneyland Resort Theme Parks. These would be the Specially Priced Military Theme Park Tickets and the 3-Day California Resident Theme Park Tickets! That being said, I do believe that your son won't have to worry about any of that as a Paraguayan citizen.

Valeria, even though your son won't necessarily need any form of ID to enter the Theme Parks, I would still consider asking him to bring his passport with him, since passports are the only accepted forms of ID for international Guests. He probably won't end up using it for anything, but I would still recommend having it at hand. As a Mexican Guest myself, I always have my passport ready just in case! And the best part about this is that he won't have to carry it with him physically. In fact, I just make sure to carry a handy PDF of my passport on my phone, and that's it!

I hope that your son has an enchanting time at the Happiest Place on Earth, Valeria. Please don't hesitate to reach back out to us if you need anything else! Remember that we're able to answer all your questions in English or in Spanish.

    ¡Nos vemos pronto!
