I want to take my 2 year old to the Princess Breakfast. I know I won’t be charged for her, but I’d love for her to have the full experience with all the goodies. Is there a way for her to get them - get them for me, add them on, or purchase them for her?

    Welcome to planDisney, Johnna!

You've come to the right place with your question as Disney Princesses are my specialty from trips to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique to sitting on Main Street during parades and waving to our favorite fairy tale friends to first hugs with Anna and Elsa. You name it, we've done it ... mostly for my kiddos but if I'm being honest, it was just as magical for me!

You are going to love the Disney Princess Breakfast Adventures at Napa Rose in the Grand Californian. It is hands down one of the most immersive character experiences offered at the Disneyland Resort, and you will feel like royalty from the minute you step inside. With a princess of your own under 3, you will need to include her in the number for your party, but you will not be charged for her to participate. When it comes to the keepsakes given to princesses and princes at the end of the meal, the official word is Guests need to be 3 and over to receive them. I know that's not what you were hoping to hear, Johnna! In my experience, it never hurts to ask your server or the host when you arrive as sometimes they have a little pixie dust up their sleeve and can make decisions at their own discretion.

I can guarantee that your daughter will feel every bit like a princess with the experience itself. There's a reason it's called Adventures as she will meet and chat with a number of her royal favorites, and, in my experience, these interactions have never been rushed. The princesses take their time with each Guest, and there is even a special story time where kids gather around to hear Belle or another friend tell a tale.

Beyond these unique character interactions, the service itself is fit for royalty and carries the princess theme throughout. As you meet and greet the princesses, your table is usually reset with your next course ready and waiting for you. The three-tiered dessert course is a favorite! You can take all the time you'd like - typically I recommend setting aside two full hours for this experience. Your reservation comes with 5 hours of complementary valet parking, so you feel like a queen yourself upon arrival!

Johnna, I am wishing upon a star that you and your daughter have the most magical morning. My best tip is to be sure to ask for a take home box if you have extra sweets at the end of your meal. You won't want to miss a thing, and you'll appreciate being able to relive the experience from home.

We're always here for you at planDisney if any more questions come up ahead of your visit!
