Hey there, hi there, Andrea! Thanks for stopping by planDisney where you're always welcome as can be.
Hot dog! The
Disneyland Resort theme parks are reopening in just a few days, and you must be so excited to
return to a land of magic. So many Guests can't wait for the big day, and we appreciate your patience as we assist everyone.
I'm happy to share some good news about your upcoming visit. The littlest Mouseketeers (younger than 3 years old) are guests of the main mouse himself and do not need a ticket or
theme park reservation to visit
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park.
Even though they don't need admission, there is plenty for one-year-olds to mouseke-do! Your little one can experience any attraction without a height requirement. I've been bringing my kiddos to the Disney Parks since they were infants, and some of their early favorites were
"it's a small world," Dumbo the Flying Elephant, and
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.
Andrea, I want to make sure you know about two super handy mouseketools for parents of small children. First, be sure to familiarize yourself with the locations of the
Baby Care Centers; there's one in each theme park, and whether you forgot to pack essential items or need a spacious diaper changing station, the Baby Care Centers have it all! Second, if some members of your group wish to experience rides that the little one isn't up for quite yet, speak with a Cast Member at the attraction's entrance to see if
Rider Switch is available.
I hope this is helpful as you make final preparations for your visit. There is nothing like enjoying the Happiest Place on Earth with your little one. It's a truly magical experience. Thanks again for stopping by planDisney, and we'll see ya real soon!
