Hiya, Jerry! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I recently stocked the audience of the
Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue with my family, which included a toddler, and it’s a mixed answer!
Children under three will dine for free at
Walt Disney World Resort restaurants, but for reservation purposes, they still count as a “body.” Let’s say you are traveling with your spouse and your toddler. You’ll want to make a reservation for three, even though you will only pay for two adults. This helps Cast Members keep the dining area arranged properly but still get everyone fed. I hope your toddler enjoys the show; my baby girl was rapt with attention for the entire performance, alternating munching on cornbread with laughing at the jokes (and she really got some of them, too!). My son loved playing the washboard towards the end of the show, so raise your hand for an instrument and help your kid join the band!
Enjoy the show, and please return to ask me another question. Have a
Zip A Dee Doo Dah day! ~ Lindsey P.
