Danyell! Your question is happily taking me back to the days when my sons first started to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! Our family has made so many happy memories at Mickey and Minnie's Florida home!
Children, ages two and younger, do not need a ticket to visit any of the Disney Parks! We took all three of our children to the Disney Parks prior to turning three! We felt that is was a great opportunity to save some money on our vacation! We also took advantage of
Rider Switch when we visited the parks. This service allows one adult to experience an attraction, while the other adult waits with the child who is too young to ride. Once the first adult experiences the attraction, the second adult doesn't need to wait in line to experience the attraction! That is a really awesome way for adults with little ones to experience the
Disney Parks!
Danyell, one vacation planning tip that I'd like to offer when traveling with little Mouseketeers is to remember to plan some downtime! The Florida sun, the excitement, and movement around the parks makes for a really long day for everyone, but especially for the littlest Guests of the Walt Disney World Resort! Take some time off from visiting the parks so that you can let the kids rest at the resort! My kids enjoyed swimming in the resort pool almost as much as they enjoyed visiting the theme parks! It certainly didn't hurt that they had a steady diet of Mickey Ice Cream Bars as they played at the resort pool! In fact, I probably enjoyed a few too!
