Hiya Kanwaljeet,
Welcome to planDisney! I'm convinced there is nothing more magical than experiencing Walt Disney World Resort through the eyes of your little ones. My little one is not even one year old yet, and seeing her little eyes light up when she sees Mickey Mouse or meets Snow White is the greatest gift of all.
Little Mouseketeers under three years old do not need a
Theme Park ticket or a Disney Park Pass Reservation to enter any of the Theme Parks; only Mousketeers 3 or older do. Many parents celebrate their young one's birthdays at Walt Disney World Resort, so we often get asked about what happens if they turn three during their visit. If your little ones happen to turn three during your vacation, the age for Theme Park tickets goes by their age on the first day of your vacation. When you arrive for your Theme Park day, walk (or carry) in your child when you scan your ticket!
Before I let you go, Kanwaljeet, I do want to remind you about advanced dining reservations. When you make
dining reservations for Walt Disney World Resort, don't forget to include your child in your party. Even if they are not eating or will be enjoying their meal off your plate, it is essential for Fire Codes that each dining location has an accurate count of Guests in the restaurant at all times. For example, during my little one's first visit, she was only a few months old. Every dining reservation we made was for three, even though she wasn't in a high chair or enjoying solid food yet.
I hope this was helpful! If you need anything else, please come back and see us. We would be happy to help you have the most magical vacation possible.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
