I have a 2 year old, who will be 4 mos shy of 3, when we sail. My older daughter is 4. I don't want to separate them. Can there be an exception for my 2 year and 8mos old to go to the Youth Activities with her sister? She is potty trained. Thanks.

    Welcome Aboard, Aliza!

I'm happy to hear you're planning to make the most of the Youth Clubs when you sail with Disney Cruise Line. The highly-trained, attentive counselors make sure that each and every young guest feels safe, comfortable and happy while in their care. Each club has activities and playtime geared for the specific age group for that particular youth area.

Disney Cruise Line has recently issued an updated policy regarding the age limits for the onboard Youth Clubs.

    Their official policy states:
All children must be 3 years of age or older and potty trained (able to use the restroom independently) in order to participate in Disney's Oceaneer Club and Lab. Children 3 years of age (who are not fully potty trained) and younger may visit Flounders Reef Nursery onboard the Disney Wonder, or “It's A Small World” nursery onboard the Disney Magic, Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy.

If you want your little ones to spend time together enjoying the Oceaneer Club, I encourage you to visit during Open House hours. Open House hours are available for any parents or siblings who want to experience the youth spaces as a family. You'll find specific dates and times of these Open House opportunities in your Personal Navigator, a detailed daily schedule delivered to your stateroom.

I hope this helps! Please let us know if we can help answer any other questions before you embark on your Disney Cruise Line vacation.

    Have a magical day! - Diane W.
