Hello there, Jessica!
It is a pleasure to welcome you to planDisney. I am thrilled to hear you are planning to visit the Walt Disney World Resort with your Mouseketeers.
There is so much for little ones to see and do at The Most Magical Place on Earth, so prepare to make memories you will cherish forever!
Yes, it is true that children under the age of 3 do not need theme park tickets - they are Mickey’s Guests of honor! I have never had to present any form of identification for my daughters, but I always keep a PDF version of their birth certificates and passports on my mobile device just in case. Remember that you will have to purchase admission for the rest of your family and make
theme park reservations for your visit dates. Your daughter will not have to be included in park reservations or
Lightning Lane selections if you purchase Disney Genie+, however, she must meet height requirements to accompany you in attractions you decide to experience. You are also welcome to use
Rider Switch service for attractions she cannot ride, and I highly recommend visiting the
Baby Care Centers located at all theme parks.
If you are planning dining reservations, please include your daughter in your party so restaurants can accommodate your family appropriately. Another important tip while traveling with little ones:
bring a stroller or rent one at the parks. Even your four-year-old son may get tired while touring the parks, so it helps to plan for those moments they need a break. Speaking of breaks, if you are staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, I recommend going back to your room for a midday break and returning to the parks later with a rested family.
I hope this information is helpful, Jessica. Come back to visit us if you have additional questions, we are delighted to help!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
