    14 year old insists on wearing filp flops, is this a bad idea for foot comfort? Are flip flops allowed on all rides?

    Hi Bonnie - while I'm purely a comfortable shoe type of mom, I do know lots of people who wear flip flops to the parks.  Just remind your daughter that there is a lot of walking involved with a Walt Disney World vacation.  I'd recommend that you pack a comfortable pair of shoes along with the flip flops, just in case.

    The only ride I can think of where you can't wear flip flops is Soarin', but it's easy to just leave the shoes on the floor when the ride starts.
