I have a 3 year old who is highly allergic to dairy and a 1 year old allergic to peanuts. What are the best places to eat at the magic kingdom that will accommodate these allergies?

    Hi Bailey,

I know how difficult it can be to find meals that are not only delicious, but free of any allergens for your little ones. The good news is that Walt Disney World chefs take pride in providing decadent items for all of their Guests, including those with special dietary restrictions.

I suggest making Advanced Dining Reservations at any table service restaurant within Magic Kingdom park, or any of the theme parks and resorts for that matter. Once you do so, you will be able to annotate your children's allergies in the notes section of the reservation. Disney Cast Members will pass this along to the managers of the restaurant, as well as the chefs. Once you arrive, you will be asked about the allergies once again. The Cast Member who takes care of your party during your dining experience will not only share options for your meals, but will alert the head chef in the kitchen. Usually, the head chef will even visit your table to ask your little ones what they would like to eat! You'll be presented with a magical meal that both of your little ones can enjoy, and to keep you worry-free.

I hope this helps you with your vacation planning, Bailey. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask us at any time.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
