My 8 and 9 year old granddaughters will be going to Disney World with me in Oct. Due to a back problem I cannot ride space mtn. Can the two of them ride it together. They are both over 40 inches.

    HI Cheryl,

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel. In order to enjoy the attraction Space Mountain, Guests have to be 44 inches or taller. If your granddaughters reach that particular height, they are more than welcome to hop on this face-paced experience. If they are just a bit short for the attraction, they will still be able to enjoy the other 'mountains," Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. They will be able to enjoy all of these without having grandma along for the ride. If you would like to escort them through the standby queue on any of these attractions, let the Cast Member at the beginning of the queue know, and they will be able to assist you.

I hope this answers your question, Cheryl. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask us anytime.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
