Hello, Francine! Welcome back to planDisney. We're happy to have you sailing to us again.
Your sailing date is quickly approaching. I'm sure you aren't shocked to hear that I LOVE to plan, so I appreciate your question as you plan and prepare for your ports of call during your voyage.
I'm happy to share that your children will be allowed to disembark at the scheduled ports of call during your cruise vacation. As your children are under the age of five, please carefully read and understand the pre-trip testing requirements. These can be viewed on the Disney Cruise Line website in the
Updated Experiences: Know Before you Go section of the site.
It is important to know that guests 4 years of age and under must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result that is taken no more than three days before your embarkation date. The test needs to be either a Nucleic Acid Amplification Test (NAAT), a lab-based PCR test, or a rapid PCR test. Rapid antigen tests are not accepted. A second test will be administered at the cruise terminal for your children and will be paid for by the Disney Cruise Line.
Please reach out to your pediatrician and make plans well in advance of your sailing to schedule the necessary tests for your young children. It's best to plan ahead to avoid any last-minute stress as you prepare for a relaxing vacation at sea!
I'm wishing you and your sailing crew a wonderful voyage. Disney Cruise Line excels in the service they provide, and that includes the service you experience when you
travel with little ones.
Enjoy your time at sea,
Adrianna
