    I have a 5 & an 8 year old (both girls). We would like to plan 1 day at a water park. Which one would be best given their ages Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach?

    Although both parks have beaches, a lazy river, and appeal to all ages, Blizzard Beach is my children's favorite because of its sheer number of slides and the pre-teen Ski Patrol Training Camp which sports smaller slides (perfect for your 5-year-old) and a fun iceberg walk and T-Drop. 

    I like the park's family raft ride (which is longer than Typhoon Lagoon) and the views from the ski lift!
